Rental Rates

The Woman’s Club will provide a hostess during your event to assist you in finding the appropriate items you wish to use and for any other information you may need. They are not working members of your event.

Your event date is reserved once we receive your deposit payment and half of the rental fee. The remainder of your rental balance is due one month prior to your scheduled event date.

A refundable damage deposit of $200 is required. The deposit will be mailed to you after your event if no damages occur. If damage exceeds $200, you will be expected to pay the additional amount. 

For all event that may include serving Alcohol, a liability insurance policy is required. For larger events serving mixed drinks, beer, and wine a licensed professional bartender is required to monitor and prevent underage drinking and overindulgence. This requirement is the renters obligation and expense.  

Accepted payments forms are personal checks, cash, and credit cards. Credit cards are processed through PayPal and payment will including all processing fees. 

The Woman's Club of Gadsden is a 501 c 3 nonprofit, all funds collected support the maintenance and preservation of our historic colonial home and the Charlotte Chrisman Cox Scholarship Program. Donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Sharing your event pictures on social media is the best form of publicity for the Woman's Club of Gadsden. We appreciate the opportunity to share our rental events on social media and our website. We provide a photo release during the booking process to give your permission for the Woman's Club to share your event pictures. The Woman's Club is handicap assessable and a non smoking facility.
