The above rental rates include:

Use of kitchen (no cooking allowed)

Use of china, glassware, cutlery, punch bowl, cups, serving trays

Registration table with cloth

Two 6 ft. rectangular tables with cloths

Two 48 in, round tables with cloths

Twelve white folding chairs

Formal dining room, east and west parlor

Veranda (set up is additional)

Additional chairs and tables are available for $30 set up fee as outlined above. Cloths for additional tables may be rented for $3 each.

The Woman’s Club will provide a hostess during your event to assist you in finding the appropriate items you wish to use and for any other information you may need. They are not working members of your event.

A refundable damage deposit of $100 is required. The deposit will be mailed to you after your event if no damages occur. If damage exceeds $100, you will be expected to pay the additional amount.

Woman's Club members receive a 20% discount off standard rates. The discount does not apply to table/chairs/setup or housekeepers fees. Members are not required to pay a damage deposit for the rental.

Thank you for using the historical and prestigious Woman’s Club for your event. It is our desire that you will have an enjoyable and successful event. You may post your own pictures on social media. If you would like for us to post them on our website, please sign a waiver that will be provided to you at the time of booking.
