Let's Discover More About
Woman's Club Of Gadsden.
For over 100 years, the Woman’s Club of Gadsden has been leading the way in civic and cultural activities. Our first meeting was September 19, 1923 and our founder was Mrs. Charlotte Chrisman Cox. Charlotte wanted the club to be more than just a social organization. Written within it's constitution were objectives for the club being literary, scientific, and philanthropic for the advancement of Womanhood, and to be organizationally ready to take action on any course that vitally affects the community.
